A word from the Author,

"I grew up with close to zero knowledge on the importance of nutrition to my health. It wasn’t until I was 25, 10 sports-related concussions deep, and completely struggling with my health that I said to myself, “Hey, maybe I should learn a little bit more about the things I put into my body.”

That was the start of my fascination with food as medicine and holistic health care. When applied to the health of the brain, it can literally give someone their life back. That is my hope for you with this cookbook.

It is time that we, as a society, start taking the health of our brains more seriously and learn some daily tools for how to do so. One major avenue of doing so is through our food choices."
